Being flexible in how you deliver manual therapy is vital to get the best results for your patients. Use clinical reasoning to understand how you can make changes to the techniques that you are using to make the most appropriate technique for the condition you are treating. Be conscious of what structures and interfaces you are influencing when you change the positions and then reassess to determine the effectiveness of modifying the technique.
